This beautiful custom pendant is a perfect and unique memorial gift to honor a dearly departed pet. The heart is hand-crafted from sterling silver before being oxidized and polished. Upon purchase, a kit will be sent to you, along with a prepaid envelope to return thekit toAshley. SILICONE VS INK KITS

There are two options as far as kits go, silicone and ink. Please note that all nose prints will receive a silicone kit.

Silicone kit:The silicone kit produces a more detailed image, and is more true to size. . Please note that if you choose to do a pawprint, it is likely the print will be too large to fit on the final product in it's entirety. The best layout for the piece will be chosen at the artist's discretion. Your trust is appreciated.

Ink kit:The ink kit produces an image that is not as detailed, but allows the photo to be manipulated, cleaned, and resized so that the entire outline and shape of the paw may fit onto a wearable piece.

HOW IT'S MADE

Part of the process of creating this highly personalized piece is taking the exact handwriting (or artwork, fingerprint, etc.) you provided and turning it into a stamp. This means four things:

1. The image you send us must be shown in it's entirety, sparing no details. We ask that it is not a recreation, as most recreations are sawed-out versions of handwriting jewelry and not wholly accurate.
2. You are left with a product that is much more durable and smooth than sawed-out jewelry. This piece will not break or snag during work or play.
3. As a bonus item, you will receive the unmounted, handmade stamp as a bonus piece with your order.
4. The image is deeply debossed into the metal rather than engraved. This way, even if the pieces are scratched or in use for many years, the image will remain clear, unlike light machine-engraved pieces that you can barely feel when you run your fingers over them.
